of invoices direct mail catalogs small parcels and business correspondence – virtually
all types of mail weighing up to four pounds. IPA mail items bear a U.S. return address
and U.S. postal markings. Final mile delivery will travel as First Class after mail is
presented to the receiving foreign postal administration. IPA is delivered on average
in 4 to 7 business days after the mail is lodged at the USPS® international gateway.

| International Surface Air Lift® (ISAL) |

ISAL is a bulk mailing service designed for faster and more affordable international
delivery of publications business and personal correspondence direct mail and small
packages weighing up to four pounds. ISAL material travels by air to the destination
country and final mile delivery will travel as Standard after mail is presented to
the foreign postal administration. ISAL is delivered on average in 7 to 14 business
days after the mail is lodged at the USPS® international gateway.
